Data Analyst is responsible for integrity of lead information, categorization and sterilization of lead files, resetting and provision of customized filters for all outbound programs. In addition to list loads, the team also has the responsibility for pre and post analysis of lead information while providing solutions to the operations division and CTI team regarding those leads in ways that are designed to maximize productivity. As part of its defined process, the list team also has accountability regarding compliance through lead suppression and implementation of dialing restrictions. Part of the methodology of lead suppression includes file comparisons to “Do Not Call” lists supplied both internally as well as through Etech’s partner in compliance “Possible Now” on the federal and state levels
Prioritize work, multi task, problem solve.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from three to four year college or university; or 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information to top management, Team Leaders, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Valid driver’s license or other Government issued ID.
